The new video game, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants Unleashed, has just released its first trailer and set a launch date for October. This game is a follow-up to the popular animated film TMNT: Mutant Mayhem from last year. It was announced back in September and has now given fans a glimpse of what to expect.
A Heartful of Games is the development team behind this exciting new game. They have kept the same unique art style inspired by Spider-Verse that made the movie so visually appealing. The story takes place after the events of the film, where Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello, and Michelangelo must fight against a new group of mutants that are threatening New York City.
Mutants Unleashed is a third-person action/platformer game, as we previously mentioned in our exclusive preview earlier this year. Each turtle has its own distinct playstyle, adding variety and excitement to the gameplay. Additionally, the game allows for up to two players to join forces in local co-op mode, making it a fun experience to share with friends and family.
Fans can mark their calendars for the release date of TMNT: Mutants Unleashed on October 18. The game will be available on various platforms, including PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC. For the dedicated fans, there will also be a special Collector’s Edition with exclusive content to enhance the gaming experience.
Mutants Unleashed is just one of the many TMNT games that have been released in recent years.
