City Connection’s Saturn Tribute Boosted series is expanding with the release of an all-new two-in-one bundle featuring Data East’s Wolf Fang and Skull Fang on Switch City on 30th October. This marks the first time Wolf Fang will be available in the West, while Skull Fang has also been a rare find for gamers. Both games are part of Data East’s ‘Kuuga’ trilogy and come with new features like a rewind and save/load function, as well as fresh music arrangements.
Wolf Fang allows players to pilot a robot called an “Armored Mecha” and engage in intense battles. Players can build and customize their robot by combining different parts and use various attacks to defeat enemies. If the robot is destroyed, players can continue the fight as the pilot. On the other hand, Skull Fang puts players in control of a fighter plane as they intercept enemy weapons. With multiple pilots and planes to choose from, players can strategize their approach and engage in thrilling boss battles.
The Saturn Tribute Boosted bundle will be available on the Switch eShop for £26.99 / $29.99, with a 10% discount available for a limited time. This release follows the success of previous titles in the series, such as Batsugun, which received positive reviews. Fans of arcade shooters will have the opportunity to experience these classic games with updated features and enhancements.
