Square Enix has announced that a second run of physical copies for the Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster series will be released soon. The FINAL FANTASY Pixel Remaster Anniversary Edition will include a sticker sheet and can be pre-ordered on the Square Enix store in North America and Europe. This new retail version will also be available in select retailers, although specific stores have not been mentioned yet.
Fans have been eagerly waiting for the release of physical versions of the Pixel Remasters since their initial launch on Switch and PS4 in April 2023. The series includes the first six games of the Final Fantasy franchise, featuring updated graphics, music, and gameplay enhancements. While the games are currently available for purchase separately on the eShop, there is a limited-time sale until August 15th.
