The Witcher: Nightmare of the Wolf anime is available on Netflix August

Season 2 of the Netflix Witcher live-action series will be released in December. However, Netflix will release an anime movie called The Witcher Nightmare of the Wolf in August. The trailer can be viewed above.

The movie is about Geralt’s mentor as a witcher, Vesemir. Studio Mir animated the film, which includes Dota: Dragon’s Blood and The Legend of Korra.

Dota: Dragon’s Blood’s was not exciting to us, but we loved Netflix’s Castlevania anime series, which is from Frederator Studios, Powerhouse Animation and other companies. The Nightmare of the Wolf trailer is interesting enough. The poster (below), however, is quite sweet.

The Witcher: Nightmare of the Wolf is set to be streamable on Netflix on August 23rd 2021. This is a little earlier than we expected since we have heard very little about it.

The Netflix Witcher series starring Henry Cavill will keep going on December 17, with an eight-episode season. Season 2 of The Witcher is available. The trailer has been updated.
