Emergency teams are looking for a missing 13-year-old boy in the Rioja town of Rincón de Soto in the surroundings of the Ebro River, as reported by the regional government.
Members of the CEIS- Rioja, SOS Rioja, General Directorate of Biodiversity, together with the Civil Guard and municipal groups of civil protection volunteers, the Red Cross, the Association of rescue dog groups, the Ebro Hydrographic Confederation and personnel from the Rincón City Council form part of the search device.
The search teams have been mobilized at dawn upon learning of the disappearance.
