The new game launches later this month

So, we’ve been hit with a bunch of new games for Switch and Switch 2 recently, and soon, Pokémon will be jumping into the mix with Pokémon Legends: Z-A. The hype is real for this upcoming release, with regular Mega Evolution reveals and distribution announcements getting fans pumped up. And now, The Pokémon Company has dropped a bombshell – they’re teaming up with their mobile title Pokémon GO for a crossover event.
This epic event kicks off on 16th October (coinciding with the launch of Legends: Z-A) and will be running until 20th October. “Get ready to explore Lumiose City in the Kalos region with a fresh adventure in Pokémon Legends: Z-A! To celebrate the release of this game, Mega Raids will be popping up more frequently in Pokémon GO. Chikorita, Totodile, and Tepig will be making an appearance in Timed Research, and you can snag some cool avatar items inspired by Lumiose City Pokémon Trainers from the shop.”

On top of all that, Nintendo and TPC have unleashed a slew of commercials for Legends: Z-A this week. You can catch them over on Nintendo’s Japanese YouTube channel.
