Nightdive Studios just dropped news about another remaster hitting the shelves on December 4th, 2025, the same day as Metroid Prime 4: Beyond and Octopath Traveler 0. Blood: Refreshed Supply is set to launch on PC and consoles, aiming to revamp the 2019 remaster, Blood: Fresh Supply, which was a redo of the original Blood game from way back in 1997 by the now-defunct Monolith Productions. If that’s not enough, this new version comes packed with extra goodies, such as add-ons Plasma Pak and Cryptic Passage, fresh missions like Marrow and Death Wish, behind-the-scenes content, and more.

The cherry on top? You can now enjoy this blood-soaked adventure on the Switch, which is pretty neat in itself. However, many of us are still waiting for Nightdive to bless us with native Switch 2 ports of their games for that sweet performance comparable to PS5 and Xbox. Unfortunately, the waiting game continues.

The legendary shooter is making its console debut with Blood: Refreshed Supply, offering up to 4K 120FPS visuals on PlayStation 4|5 and Xbox One and Series X|S. Players can dive into fully customizable keyboard and controller gamepad support, extended modding capabilities with existing mods, and local split-screen and cross-platform online multiplayer for up to eight players. Get ready for co-op, PvP Bloodbath, and classic Capture The Flag modes in 4v4 team-based action. Let’s not forget the CD and MIDI music support, along with add-ons like Plasma Pak and Cryptic Passage. Plus, new missions like Marrow and Death Wish will pump fresh blood into the game, with Marrow dropping at launch and Death Wish as a free post-launch update.

So, are you thinking about snagging Blood: Refreshed Supply on the Switch? Drop a comment and let us know your thoughts.
