The Day of the Armed Forces that this Saturday is celebrated in Huesca will be the first of many things. It will be the first military parade in this celebration after the end of the restrictions due to the pandemic. It will be the first to be held outside of Madrid and with its classic format. Thus, the Ministry of Defense has planned that 3,279 soldiers, 70 aircraft including planes and helicopters, and more than 150 vehicles will participate in the parade.
The central acts by the Armed Forces will begin with the military honors to the Kings and the presentation of news to the monarch. Later, there will be a parachute jump in front of the authorities gallery with the Spanish flag.
Immediately afterwards, the tribute for the fallen will be carried out, and then the parade will begin with the air parade. Between fighters, transport planes, training devices, helicopters and the Eagle patrol, 45 planes and 24 helicopters will participate in the parade.
