The Teruel National Police has proceeded to arrest the owner of a flat in Teruel’s capital as the alleged perpetrator of a crime of sexual abuse against one of his tenants.
The investigation began after a complaint from the victim, who claimed that the owner of the apartment with which she shared two rooms, rented for her and her children, showed up at the home after her work day and touched her private parts. , as they have specified from the Teruel Provincial Police Station.
Likewise, the woman stated that the man had been trying to sleep with her for a long time, and when he refused, he even threatened her with a rifle and kicked her out of the house.
For this reason, the agents arrested him in the middle of this month of June, passing at the disposal of the head of the Court of Instruction number 1 of Teruel.
