Russian President Vladimir Putin would not have ordered the invasion of Ukraine “if he were a woman,” said British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, who considered that it would be better if there were “more women in power.”
“If Putin were a woman, which he obviously isn’t, I don’t really think he would have gone into this crazy macho war of invasion and violence in the way that he did,” he told German television ZDF.
The start of this war is “a perfect example of male toxicity,” he said.
In the same interview, the leader has called for more education for girls in the world.
Johnson has also acknowledged that “everyone wants the war to end”, but for the moment “there is no possible agreement, Putin is not making any peace proposals”.
