The driver of a bus, who was returning to Pamplona from Salou with a group of students from an end-of-year trip, has been denounced for testing positive for amphetamine, methamphetamine and cannabis by the Foral Police, who had been alerted by the young people when they saw that the chauffeur sniffed while driving.
The events took place this Sunday, reports the Foral Police, which indicates that after receiving the call from the students, a patrol from Tudela was mobilized to the Marcilla toll (AP15), which carried out the narcotest, confirming the infraction.
The driver was denouncing a very serious infringement of the Road Safety Law, which is settled with a fine of 1,000 euros and a 6-point deduction. The vehicle was immobilized until another authorized driver could take over.
