QuakeCon started with a bang as Kinggath, a well-known modder in the Fallout 4 community, made an appearance in Bethesda’s stream. Kinggath, famous for his Sim Settlements and Sim Settlements 2 mods, is now working on official Creations for Bethesda, starting with projects for Skyrim and Starfield.

For Skyrim, Kinggath is working on an expansion for the Bard’s College, addressing the disappointment of players who were not able to become bards in the vanilla game. This expansion will introduce a major storyline for the musical faction, allowing players to play instruments on the open road, battle other bards in wordplay games, and craft ballads to sing about their adventures. The Bard’s College Expansion will cost 1,000 Creation Credits, approximately $10 on Steam.

In addition to the Skyrim expansion, Kinggath is also developing a Doom-inspired miniquest for Starfield. The miniquest, titled “At Hell’s Gate,” features Doom Guy armor, the iconic shotgun, and a space station orbiting hell. While the release date for this Creation is not yet announced, players can expect an action-packed adventure inspired by the classic Doom games.

Fans of Kinggath’s work can look forward to these exciting projects that bring new content and experiences to beloved Bethesda games. Stay tuned for more updates on the Bard’s College Expansion for Skyrim and the Doom-inspired miniquest for Starfield as Kinggath continues to work his modding magic in the Bethesda gaming universe.
