We’ve been enjoying playing The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom, but there’s one frustrating feature that keeps popping up – the Echo selection menu. When you want to switch to a different Echo, you have to scroll through a single line of options, which becomes more tedious as you collect more Echoes throughout the game.

While there are filter options to help narrow down your search, such as Last Used or Most Used, it can still take a while to find the Echo you’re looking for. This system feels like a chore compared to the one in Tears of the Kingdom, where you could go long stretches without having to open the selection menu.

We think there are some ways the selection menu could be improved. Adding a few more menu lines or creating a ‘Favourites’ tab could make the process quicker and more efficient. Mapping certain item groups to specific buttons or having default options for different game aspects could also streamline the menu navigation.

Do you have any ideas on how to fix the Echo selection menu in Echoes of Wisdom? Share your thoughts in the poll or in the comments below. Let’s brainstorm some solutions together!
